We loved our stay at The Intercontinental Danang. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the service and the staff is excellent. We were able to enjoy the spa services as well as the beach activities like paddle boarding the boat rides. We were also able to see several of the resident douc monkeys all over the resort. This resort is highly recommended.

Wow! This location is amazing...It is serene, clean, quiet with unbelievable service. I have been all around the world a few times, but the value of this hotel in particular is off the charts. The lounge has better food than most restaurants in the world. Then you have three award winning restaurants at your disposal. Citron is so tasty providing local fare in its highest quality while La Maison takes you back in time to a French Indochine era of posh delight! Tingara was very tasty and traditional Japanese but in my opinion needs more options.The beach is spectacular, and the Douc Langurs on site (very endangered) let you know how special the area is! The rooms and grounds are pristine and well kept. It Vietnam is on your list please take the time to enjoy this lovely property! Aloha...

This hotel is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed — but what truly sets it apart is the service, which is simply on another level. We’ve stayed in many high-end hotels over the years, and this is genuinely the best experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The grounds are stunning, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pools are amazing — every part of the hotel is immaculate. What really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we encountered had a genuine smile and could not do enough for us. It felt like nothing was ever too much trouble. We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who walks around the grounds introducing himself and chatting with guests — such a rare and impressive touch. The Assistant Manager also took the time to personally speak with us at checkout, which we really appreciated. The Club Lounge experience was exceptional. The team there were warm, attentive, and truly outstanding. We were also very kindly upgraded to a beautiful panoramic room, which made our stay even more special. A special mention to some wonderful members of staff who really stood out: Dong at the beach, Lingh and Joe at the Garden Pool, Ocean and Lu in the Club Lounge, and Tin at the Long Bar — all absolutely incredible and a credit to the hotel. One moment that really meant a lot was when the pool attendants noticed I had sunburn and brought me aftersun — such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of care here. I can’t express enough how remarkable this place is. Every detail, every interaction, every member of staff — just exceptional. Can’t wait to return

They know how to make you feel special. On entering through front security, you had to provide your booking name to the guard before proceeding into the property. We also messaged ahead to have one firm and one soft beds, and they were set up as per our request. All the staff have been pretty well trained and to serve you the best way they can. There was a tray table next to the shower that was accumulating water. I texted the hotel on WhatsApp saying I was not asking it to be replaced, but it should be a future improvement project to replace it so their housekeeping staff don't have to clear the water out and dry it. The next day, they replaced the tray table with a taller one (so water from shower don't accumulate in it) and drilled holes in it for water to drain. They also replaced my temporarily toilet roll that I used for cable management with their own leather cable keeper - nice touch! We were very well taken care of by the staff at breakfast in Citron - Joey the restaurant manager, Rachel, Tommy, and including all others. They even remembered our eggs order on the second day! The staff at Terra Mare for the seafood buffet were also great - thanks to manager Mai and waiter Hai. My wife went exploring around the resort and was warmly given a tour by Son (life guard) and Toan (La Maison). We also went to the function hall building and was also given an impromptu tour by the Banquet Manager, Mr Nguyen, and he also called a staff member to give us drinking water. Throughout the resort, water is free and abundant. We stayed at seven different 5-star hotels in Danang and Hoi An over 5 weeks, and this had by far the best service from staff.

Location is a bit far from town so if you are staying there, consider eating there for a few nights. The bathroom design with wooden window (looking into the balcony) and blinds so close to the shower means everything gets wet. Difficult for housekeeping staff to keep clean. Also, they tried too hard to please you, so they even called us up at 4pm in our room to ask for feedback. When guests are in our rooms, we could be relaxing or taking a nap, we don't want to be forced to take that phone call at 4pm. Best to use WhatsApp messages to reach the guests instead for feedback. The gym could be cleaner and need frequent wiping down. Some guests had body odour and left the gym smelling a bit. They provided coffee machine in the room with coffee pods, but wanted to charge A$9 for 300ml milk which is a bit silly. Milk to them is cheap and you can't really provide coffee pods and no fresh milk in the room. Food at the restaurants were all overpriced. We had half-board and only had access to two restaurants and there were items on the menu that had surcharges. And finally, the pool did not have enough pool chairs/beds which unfortunately is the way it was designed.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. The resort perfectly combines mountain views, a private beach, and unique ecology (we loved seeing the monkeys!). The service was impeccable. Our Butler, Mr. Hero Nguyen, was extremely helpful with pre-arrival arrangements. He helped us to organize takeaway breakfast sets for our early ECO Walk, allowing us to freshen up afterward and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the Club Lounge. This was the perfect way to start our day. At the Club Lounge, Mr. Adam Chen stood out for his exceptional hospitality. His genuine passion and warmth made us feel truly welcomed. While the food for afternoon tea and evening cocktails was quite ordinary, the staff's attentiveness made up for it. We also appreciated the dedicated service at the private club beach area. The entire team is well-trained and polite. A minor note on the room: the exotic design is beautiful, but some maintenance is needed as the faucet and makeup mirror joints were loose. Also, our amenities were set up for a child instead of three adults, though we didn't report it at the time. A unique retreat that we would recommend to any family looking for great hospitality in a stunning location.

This experience was exceptional. Five out of five and pictures don’t do justice. The head concierge Dave made my transportation from the airport to the hotel flawless and provided me with Jacob, which was exceptional and was on top of everything even on his day off and would still respond at midnight and early morning

I would like to compliment the wonderful service during my stay at InterContinental Danang. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience truly enjoyable. The environment itself was absolutely stunning and added so much to the overall atmosphere. 二泊三日で記念旅行として滞在しました。 私もパートナーも色々と気にになるのですが、スタッフの方々は丁寧に、嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれました。私達が英語が得意ではないため大変だったと思いますが、終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 景色やホテル内外のデザインはどこを切り取っても美しく、写真に収めるとどれも絵になるような空間でした。 アクティビティも充実しており、館内のバギーツアーやマリンアクティビティ（カヌーやSUPなど）を楽しめるほか、釣りや凧揚げをしている方も見かけました。次回があればぜひ参加してみたいと思える内容にみえました。 また、このホテルをデザインした方の小さなギャラリーがあり、あまり混雑していない穴場的な場所で印象に残りました。 館内にはジムやカラオケ、ヨガパビリオンに加えて映画館やケーブルカーまであり、外に出なくても二泊三日しっかり楽しめるほどの充実度でした。 ビーチも同クラスのリゾートの中でも特に印象的で、美しく穏やかで、朝・昼・夜それぞれ違った心地よさがありました。記念日にふさわしい、思い出に残る滞在になりました。 ⸻ We stayed here for two nights as part of a special anniversary trip. Both my partner and I tend to be quite detail-oriented, but the staff responded to all our questions patiently and kindly, without ever showing any discomfort. Since we are not very confident in English, we truly appreciated their effort, and it made our stay very pleasant. The scenery and the design of the entire property are stunning—every corner is beautifully designed and very photogenic. There are also plenty of activities available, including buggy tours within the resort and marine activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. We also saw guests enjoying fishing and kite flying, which made us think it would be nice to try next time. There is a small gallery dedicated to the designer of the resort, which felt like a hidden gem and was enjoyable to explore. The facilities are extensive, including a gym, karaoke rooms, a yoga pavilion, a cinema, and even a cable car. It is easy to spend two full days here without needing to leave the property. The beach is among the most beautiful we have experienced at resorts of this level—calm, clean, and pleasant at any time of day. Overall, it was a memorable and fitting stay for a special occasion.

I highly recommend this resort for a family vacation. I visited with my parents and my child, and every moment was exceptional. From the pre-arrival communication with the reservations team to the seamless check-in and check-out, the staff was incredibly kind, and the resort facilities were truly impressive. Since the property is vast, moving around by buggy was a necessity, but it turned out to be a quite fun experience for us. ​ The rooms had a slightly aged feel (with some creaky floorboards), but overall, they were well-maintained and retained a sense of luxury. ​For breakfast, we tried both the Lounge and Citron, and both were delicious. In particular, the staff at the Lounge were wonderful—they always greeted us with bright smiles and genuinely tried to connect with our family. A male staff member named Adam was especially memorable for his warm hospitality. ​ We also participated in the Nature Expedition program. The guide was very kind and made the tour engaging. Seeing the monkeys up close was an unforgettable experience. ​ The staff at the swimming pool and beach took great care of our family. We were touched by their attention to detail, such as providing sand play toys for my baby without us even asking. ​ We also had a fantastic time at the Long Bar. The staff were very considerate of our family and paid close attention to the kid's meal (a staff member named Nhi Vo was particularly helpful). The pizza they brought over from Terra Mare was also delicious. ​ Lastly, I’d like to thank the buggy drivers. Thanks to them, we were able to travel around the resort comfortably despite the hot weather.
