"Great apartment but a terrible night sleep."

The apartments are in excellent location. Our apartment was well equipped and great size. The night, however, was so noisy. Party upstairs all night. People running up and down hallway. It was impossible to sleep and ran from 11pm till 4pm. No one to notify as there is a call out fee for after hours assistance. Rooms not at all insulated. Doors banging throughout night and street noise.

The room was perfect for our needs. The reception workers were so rude. There was a female receptionist who was so rude and disrespectful at checkin. For that reason we will not return.

Recently stayed and loved the location and size of the unit. Staff were amazing with easy check in/check out. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We were looking forward to nice accommodation, however was greeted by less than responsive receptionist. This was followed by a smell of vomit upon entering our unit which was emanating from the bathroom. Advised receptionist who remained as helpful as before, and could not either resolve the problem or provide alternative accommodation. Wouldn’t recommend this one at all.

We had a great stay in a deluxe one bedroom apartment. Our room was spacious enough for the two of us. It was clean and comfortable with a pool and gym. There was parking available & restaurants within walking distance and the reception staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We would happily stay here again in future!

"Lies"

Lost my Iwatch here, still after 1 month no one has contacted me. I actually think no one took my request when I said it was left in the room. Now 1 month later when I know it there, the response to this is unacceptable and really unnecessary. All I would like is for the staff member that took the watch is for it to be returned. Will never stay here again, and will never tell friends and family to stay either.
