Honeysuckle Executive Apartments

Great room, fabulous view. And the bed was just heavenly.

Very clean property and close to great Restaurants. Only downside is windows very thin so heard every noise outside including garbages at 5:50am.

These appartments are perfectly located for dinning, cafes, scenery, walking, beaches. On-site parking. Spacious appartments

Property was in a great location & very spacious, too many codes for 1 room

Address of the property is wrong - the place is actually the Chifley, not the executive whatever. Communication was incredibly poor. Entry to the carpark is down a one way street nowhere near the address. If you pay for overnight parking you're greeted with signs threatening wheel clamps when trying to find a park. Was told to "park anywhere" - clearly from the signs you can't. No indication that a check-in at reception was/wasn't required from the instructions given (everywhere else you do...). The place has all the vibes of a rent a room by the hour. Not entirely sure I was sleeping in clean sheets. Would never stay there again.

Good property and value for money

We booked with Last Minute and loved the look of the room we booked. We looked at all the images of various rooms before deciding on a particular room. To our shock, when we arrived to check in they had given us a different room & were told that choosing a room online is "subjective". The air-conditioning didn't work properly, one room door wouldn't close, the balcony door to the bedroom wouldn't close properly & wind blew through the entire holiday. The wardrobe wall hadn't been fixed and draught was coming through. I had to kill a few cockroaches. Would.

Great location

Our recent stay at Honeysuckle Executive Apartments was deeply disappointing due to significant cleanliness issues. While searching for a misplaced AirPod, we removed the sheets and blanket from the bed and were shocked to discover blood stains on the sheets near the end of the mattress, possibly from a previous guest. After checking ourselves, it was clear the blood did not come from us, which made the discovery even more unsettling. Further inspection revealed yellow stains on the mattress protector, sesame seeds on the bed, and a drop of dried blood in the bathroom. The cleanliness issues didn’t stop there. The blanket felt unclean, the bedside tables were dusty, and the floor was filthy, leaving black grease smudges on bare feet after walking barefoot. Additionally, itchy skin developed during the stay, further highlighting the lack of hygiene and adding to the discomfort. These concerns were reported to reception, and a specific request was made for the bed sheets and linen to be replaced. The staff member said they would try to arrange for someone to address it. However, upon returning from a day trip, it was evident that nothing had been done. The same bloodstained sheets, dirty mattress protector, and other cleanliness issues remained. Maintaining cleanliness should be a basic standard for any accommodation, regardless of its price range. The unhygienic conditions made it impossible to feel at ease or enjoy a relaxing stay, resulting in a deeply disappointing experience. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Honeysuckle Executive Apartments.
