I love the location of the property, it is close to many restaurants and the tram station & has a little harbour view from the balcony. Room was tired, no channel 7 or 9 on TV in lounge room, hole in the wall inside the front door, broken decorative mirror in lounge room. Needs a good clean, cobwebs on nearly every interior window, orange lolly left beside fridge, labels still left on legs supporting desk, window shutters are dusty, couch seats run into middle of couch-very uncomfortable to sit on.

"Enjoyable 6 night stay "

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 6 nights and found it very clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the shower great. It was lovely to have a full size washing machine and dryer. It would have been nice to have a cupboard in the bathroom to put our toiletries and a clothes airer. The view from the living area was good and we even had a glimpse of the sea from our balcony. The kitchen was great and the only thing needed there was a salad bowl. Great range of glasses and a full size fridge. We had 2 fire evacuations on Xmas day due to someone cooking and setting off the fire alarm so maybe it would be a good idea to have a 1 minute button installed in the apartments.

The staying was ok but only one issue is buthered me that I left a charger in the room this morning when i cheked out and I found it and called the property reporting it just after 4 hours I left. But till now,a day pasting I still can't get any answer for if they found it or not

"Central location but shocking customer service, and wrong codes provided to enter!"

I booked into Honeysuckle Executive Apartments for myself and elderly parents during a recent trip. Due to my work commitments i initially emailed and due to no response rang to try and arrange an early check in., which I was happy to pay for , but unsure on exact time. I spoke to a Harry, who was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I rang again the following morning to pay the early check in fee, as I wouldn’t be checking in at the same time as my parents. Harry left me on hold for roughly 8 minutes while he checked with housekeeping, despite arrangements being made the day earlier. I hung up and spoke to a lovely lady (Hannah I think) who assisted very quickly. Upon my sister arriving at property with my parents, they could be seen waiting at the front door, yet no one let them in. They were then greeted with the comment ‘these early check in better slow down, housekeeping can’t keep up’ My sister was then belittled by male checking in, as we had not been provided the codes or check in details via text. I received these 25 minutes after the arranged arrival time. I called to speak to the manager, who once again needs to learn basic customer service and listen to guests when they are trying to speak! The codes provided did not work for the doors, and they actually changed to code to pool without informing guests, or actual front desk staff! The room was generally clean, but had rust marks throughout the bathroom and was not the cleanest apartment I had stayed in.
