I booked this hotel for my sun this what's happened there with him I already go there But they told me in the hotel that I have to pay another method I showed them the reservation They told me It's not working And they let me pay more than what I booked in booking.com Im trying to send you the case but I couldn't reach you Also I want to complain the hotel to the customer service Please if you can help Teach me what to do
