Sun Island Hotel & Spa Kuta

Good breakfast, clean room. We had a pool view room. Was very noisy with kids in pool, very noisy at night due to the dogs barking and people partying close by. It’s close to airport and convenient when catching a flight. Staff were lovely.

Kamarnya luas,lokasi strategis deket ke pusat perbelanjaan,staff ramah,security sangat ramah bnyk yg review kurang ramah tp menurut saya sangat ramah.

Bangunan tua,breakfast nya kurang variatif dan isi ulangnya kurang cepat bnyk yg telat,untuk menuju kamar masih melewati tangga walau cuma dikit tp cukup terganggu krn saya bawa bayi dgn stroller.

The pool was big and had lots of room.

There was no hot water, it was only room temperature (had brought it up with staff and they just explained how to turn the tap to hot or cold). Had no control over the aircon if we wanted to turn it off or to a temperature we wanted, only had control of setting it to Low or high. We paid for breakfast and the breakfast was Indonesian style breakfast and only had minimum western food (hard boiled egg and bacon ) which wasn’t stated befor paying for it with our room. Also paid for late check out and when we arrived they said we hadn’t paid for it although i had screenshot of the payment. Staff were very nice just not the best for what you pay.

it is nice, but the room is not silent. The sound of the water 24 hour because the swimming pool has something like a front they make noise 24 hour. It’s coming direct to your room to your bed.

The most fantastic stay in Kuta. A great location to two shopping malls walking distance. Restaurants and the beach not far away from the hotel. The room was huge and the balcony was a great bonus. Pool was large and easy access from the room. The staff talked everyday to me with big friendly smiles. The buffet breakfast was delicious, fruits, bacon, omelette, fresh bread etc. Will definitely be staying again next year. Thank you.
