Sun Island Hotel & Spa Kuta

The hotel was extremely noisy. Not only the traffic however also the local pubs & clubs along with guests in the pool making noise all through the night & into the early hours of the morning. The bed was very comfortable, room clean and staff friendly however sadly did not get any sleep due to the noise. Was expensive & would not return.

First time staying here Rooms are very nice and clean lge king bed we on the third floor with a balcony over looking the pool it's was very noisy dogs barking and people talking 2/3 am in morning so we didn't get a good night sleep breakfast was average lots of rice noddles not much choice western food

Great room with a free upgrade. Very spacious. Friendly staff. Very clean

Breakfast wasn’t very good and I think that’s why the restaurant is empty at night

i request for a hard bed. they make it a soft bed. They add so many layer of soft layer. all they should have done is just turn around the mattress. The bed sheet is dirty and looks old. some time no reception staff at the reception counter.

Fridge was cold .Room was ok .

Breakfast was horrible Pool was in desperate need of repair So many broken tiles , some standing up ,which you could easily stand on and cut your foot ..water was cloudy.
