"Disappointed Disgraceful service"

I am still awaiting response from my last message . Could not check in hotel no one available at 17:00 disgraceful them received message from hotel someone was there to 17:30 they are joking this is a hotel not a office surely they must staff 24 hrs .

Bad reviews on all sites I requested for refund I could not check in I been driving 5 hours went to another hotel and rebooked in there

No breakfast

Room not well decorated, old and odd matched furniture, poor fitting flooring ...cobwebs spiders...water only warm Adequately warm...but not hot. Only 1 staff member...supportive.....another, no helpful, rude.
