we had a twin room that was only the size of a single the tv was only viewable from one bed the divans were dirty we were the only ones in the property no resturant apparently the kitchen was being refurbed spelt of damp through out bath end was broke

"Worst hotel/ room I've ever stayed at."

The exterior of the old building and the surrounding landscape is beautiful and is located near to some amazing pubs/ restaurants.

The interior is massively outdated and looks more like a retirement home then a hotel. The hotel is old, smells, damp, with water damage marks across the ceiling. The rooms are appalling, mold and more water damage marks on the walls and ceiling. The room had not been cleaned properly, with dirt and stains everywhere. The bed was rock hard and the windows would either not open or close. The bathroom had multiple tiles broken and had been poorly tiled. When turning on the bath tap (there was no shower available) the water was yellow and multiple dead spiders and flies fell out of the tap into the tub. We stayed here to attend a nearby wedding venue and felt unclean the whole time due to the disgusting bathroom. Overall, this has got to be the worse hotel room I have ever stayed in and the hotel management need to really consider improvements.

nothing about this stay was good. We checked out on the Saturday morning due to the state of the room. I messaged the manager who lives on site, which I received no response. This is extremely unprofessional.

The room was extremely unclean, we had to clean up over 20 dead flies and wasps within the room. The room and hotel had an awful smell and was extremely unclean. We checked out the Saturday morning as we were not willing to stay in this hotel any longer.
