Wincham Hall Hotel

It was in a nice drive and gardens

It was disgusting. Stains on the walls and ceilings. Dead wasps on the floor and window sills, rusty blinds, flooring puckered up and tripped over it, very uncomfortable bed, carpet was covered in stains, several spiders in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, severe water damage and mess on the wallpaper, stains even on the ceiling. I wish I had slept in my car

Lovely house and gardens. Full of charm and character. Staff were so friendly and helpful

Somewhat dated and needing a number of repairs and renovation. For one night fine. Bed comfortable. Shower poor

A very quite stay, in a tired building that could do with some modernisation

As you walk in there is a nasty musty smell, Spider webs all over the room, mould all around the bathroom , staff was stood outside as we pulled up smoking so as checking in all can smell is cigarette smoke as talking to say about things , hot water lack off , Got up in the middle of the night for the loo and washing hands In cold water, still got to phone and complain about the lack of hot water and having to leave without a shower, and going to a friend’s for a shower before going to a christening nearby

Flush was not working. There were bed bugs, spiders in the room. The shower did not work properly and it was extremely dingy. Do not book this hotel ever!!
