Fantastic service

value for money , best location, but food OK Ok....

Nice hotel - got what was expected. Nice, friendly staff, good wifi connection, reasonable breakfast menu. Rooms were cosy and clean. Toilet too was neat. May be pricing slightly on higher side. ..but then it's Mumbai!

Staff was very friendly and extremely supportive. My suitcase was damaged during the flight, and receptionist took it to the tailor to be fix for 50 RS ($0.70). We have ordered a car through the hotel for the whole day of sightseeing. The hotel staff made all the arrangements for us and even got involved in the price negotiations. The staff was diligent in waking us at 3:30 am. Complementary drop off to the airport, drinking water and WIFI in the room were a plus. Hotel restaurant for dinner was just OK, but Indian/western breakfast was nice and plentiful. We would recommend this hotel highly. It is about 30 km away from Colaba, South Mumbai, and the place where tourists go. Traffic is bad in both directions, so if you want to go there, allow 7 to 10 hours for the trip to be enjoyable. Note of advice: most pre-paid taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is, so bringing a printout of a map is a huge plus, if you do not what to be driven in circles.

Only trip advisor website, can say it's a 3 star hotel... This hotel can be maximum credited with 2 star.. Don't go by the pictures.. The place is small and I feel it's overpriced. They provide only one room key not two.. Breakfast buffet is sad.. No variety and they call this hotel 3 star.

Good service, free breakfast and internet

The staff at the silver in is very friendly and helpful. The airport transfer is a bonus. The restaurant is actually good and the rooms are quite modern.

It was just a one night stay in the hotel but really remarkable. Staff was good, food was tasty and the room service was recommendable.

I was traveling on a budget and needed a hotel for my 8-day stay in Mumbai. Silver Inn was the right choice and for the money I paid could not be beat. The room was not too big but clean and quite comfortable for a single traveler like me. It would accomodate 2 people just as well. The service and staff was terrific, and the Regency restaurant was good, although I wish they had a bigger selection for breakfast and a food bar style of arrangement would have been better for dinner. The area around Silver Inn is not great but this is what you get when staying in Andheri on a limitted budget. I will definetely consider staying there again for my next trip to India.

This was a decent place to stay for our last night in Mumbai since we wanted to be near the airport. The cost was about half as much as the other hotel we stayed at and maybe about half as nice. It was pretty adequate. The air conditioner made a bit of a musty smell, and our room only had one window which was looking over the utility pipes. It was a bit noisy with construction going on. The wifi was free but kept going off and on, so it was a bit annoying to use. Not sure I would want to stay there again, but maybe it is decent for the price in that area.
