Hotel Silver Inn

Stay was quite comfortable. Pretty decent service. However, the food from the restaurant wasn't very good. Proved to be a damper on an otherwise good service.

Quality of the staff and their service is very poor & room service boys not honest. They are charging extra ammount from customers if you are not consuming snacks in your room.

Stayed at the hotel from Sunday September 2nd thru September 5 Prompt and courteous airport service. reasonable charge for Airport Pick up Rupees 400. The guest room was clean and well furnished. Complimentary breakfast daily. Staff is courteous and attentive. Requested to stay extra night and was accommodated. HairDryer did not work. Requested to fix but nothing was done during the entire stay. lack of Hot water. Could get only luke warm water. Overall a pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and spacious room and bathroom, as well as the combination of air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the room. Staff were friendly and we very much appreciated the smooth Airport pick-up and drop-off. Thank you for making our transit in Mumbai hassle-free, pleasant and restful.

The walls were dirty and stained. The bothrooms had dust. The location of the hotel was not good. Although it was advertised as 3 star, it was far from it; although it was priced that way. Certainly not value for the money

the hotel condition is good, confortable room. the location is not good for going town centre.

I was only perturbed by the taxi service that the hotel uses. The driver made us feel very uncomfortable by trying to coerce us to visit certain places that we did not want to go to. The hotel itself was very helpful and we had a good stay.

The Hotel Silver Inn in Marol, Andheri East in Mumbai is an average Hotel to stay at. The real point is that the Hotel is just 50% worth of what it is charging. Rooms are compact (even the Gold room) and Food quality and quantity is very bad. I had booked a Gold Room and it looked just like a basic room of a 2 star hotel. The room service was lethargic and refused for meals at midnight. The popular beverages were not available and the complimentary buffet breakfast had 2 dishes, IDLI & Aloo-Puri with cornflakes and some fruits. There were no choices during my stay of 3 nights. The air conditioner (Split AC) in the room was louder than the Television and when i asked the Maintenance to rectify the same, It was humbly denied.
