Amanda was brilliant - very responsive to our requirements, personable with no fuss despite a function being in progress.

The steep bike climb up the hill the next morning back onto the Ridgeway :)

The staff was very professional and very helpful. The host has been very kind to change our rooms during our stay due to issue with heater. She has been very helpful and supported our stay to celebrate my sister birthday.

Nothing really, you have to accept that this a very old building and it has some interesting characteristics, Its the beauty of it
