駅に近いのに、以外と静かで、リーズナブルで良かったです。部屋からの景色を重視するかたは・・・。泊まった部屋からの景色は隣のマンションでした。
二泊ビジネス利用でしたが、特に悪いところもありませんでした。 自分は価格なりに納得してますが気になった点は ・隣の音がたまに気になった ・机、テレビ周りのホコリをもう少し清潔に くらいです。 良いところは、 ・WiFi早い ・駅からまあまあ近い ・周りに食事やコンビニある ・ウォシュレット ・シャワー水圧十分

The room was extremely small which was expected but it was very dirty. The floors had multiple dirt stains, under the bed was extremely dusty, even after we asked the room to be made. There was still hair from our previous nights which shows they don't clean or sweep the floors. Otherwise its fine. The bed sucks but what do you expect. Pro is that its really close to kawasaki station and the plaza, as well as many restaurants and convenience stores.
I and my girlfriend were very happy with the size of the room because it was larger than other hotel rooms we have stayed elsewhere in Kamata. Most impressive was the constantly available hot water and very decently sized fridge. Two points which we would criticize on is the bed size for 2 people is very small and a duvet with changeable cover would be very much preferable.
Felt like living in a old studio apartment, but you get what you pay for if traveling on a budget.

An old hotel and small room. But very near to JR station . Opposite hotel got one ramen shop offer very nice taste foods!
