Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, es war wie immer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen in allen Bereichen sehr gut.

Das Schlosshotel ist von den Zimmern bis zur Außenanlage toll gestaltet und gepflegt!

Leider entspricht der Service, trotz der hohen Preise, nicht einem 5 Sterne Haus! Zum Beispiel 4.50 für ein Omlette zum Frühstück!

The facility was fabulous! Outdoor grounds exceptional. Restaurant dinner waiter very good.

Being an American, I just. can not get use to the beds. A North American bed option would be great!

"excellent food in a cozy atmosphere"

I like the hotel, the location next to the old castle is great. The restaurant is excellent, the have an amazing chef and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast is usually excellent as well, this time the eggs were overcooked, standing too long on the chafing dishes. The decoration is bodering on 'kitsch' but it's ok.

Once a again a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom. Had to air the room and it wasn't totally gone. The bathrooms would do well with a bit of freshening up to meit 5 stars.
