The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and genuinely hospitable. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. After long, tiring days, returning to a fresh, clean, and well-maintained room was truly comforting. The restaurant staff was equally courteous and attentive, making our overall experience even more pleasant.

We stayed at Amantra Comfort Hotel for 4 consecutive day,s the stay and experience was really an memorable one. Their reach hospitality and service at each moment was impressive, kudos to the entire team of Amantra Comfort, Rupam who is the F&B manager gave us the best of service and he is an wonderful human being. They guide us in the entire tour and has provided important insights for each of the sightseeing sports which helped us immensely. The location of the hotel is also very good just few steps from Saheliyon ki Bari.

It was an amazing experience. The food is delicious and the hospitality is superb. Special mention to Mr. Ram Lal ji who served food like a family member. Rajasthani Thali is delicious.

I stayed at Amantra Comfort Hotel, Udaipur as part of a Kesari group tour. Being a senior lady and travelling alone I had booked a single room expecting basic comfort and safety. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room allotted to me had a pillar right next to the bed, which posed a safety risk, especially at night. The charging port was not functioning properly, adding to the inconvenience. I was also allotted a third-floor corner room. Throughout the night, there was continuous disturbance due to loud noise from the machine room located above my room. Despite informing the hotel staff, no effective action was taken. Food quality was another concern. At times, stale and cold food was served, and as a result, some group members suffered from stomach upset, including vomiting and loose motions. Most disappointing was the attitude of the manager, who showed no concern or apology for the inconvenience caused. Overall, my stay at Amantra Comfort Hotel was uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. I urge the management to address issues related to room safety, noise control, food quality, and guest responsiveness.
