I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure every detail was taken care of. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.

The food and overall experience was amazing! Ram lal was an amazing waiter who makes sure you eat properly and makes you laugh on small things making the experience even better!

This was our second stay at thos Hotel. We stayed for 1 night and our stay was enjoyable with location in the centre of the city near Sahelion ki Bari. Rooms are neat and clean with good service. Front office staff very polite and cooperative and guided us on sight seeing of Udaipur. Breakfast has good variety and the staff is very polite and welcoming. Overall a very satisfying and comfortable stay.

It was safe and fairly clean, the staff were attentive but a few tons were off. I made a second booking for a colleague online, they called to say they only had a room one night and that for the other night my positive sex should ‘adjust’ and share my room. They took copies of my passport on arrival on a personal mobile including my emergency contacts, I’ve never seen that anywhere before. It was a hassle to post my bill the night before I left and then I was told to wait whilst they checked my room, they then came to the taxi sending I paid my bill, which I did the night before. Nothing terrible but just consistently poor service. Also the tap on the shower fell off.

Excellent and delicious food with lot of choices.

Excellent hospitality and service. Staff is caring and soft spoken. Hotel infrastructure is nice . Ambience of room is also nice.
