Apartment Margarita

The room was perfect and close to the Riva and restaurants, recommend it highly.

We (2 + 1 child, 6) stayed in "Apartment Margarita" for 5 days. The apartment was very well positioned near to the harbour and 5 minutes' walk from the old town.The only minor detraction was the size; the apartment is essentially 1 room with curtained off bed. There's no outdoor terrace which would have been nice in summer for eating on. There was a very nice restaurant next door called "Fife" - great value and great food! All considered the apartment is very good and we would recommend it to others wishing to stay in Split.

We enjoyed our two nights here. It's in a cracking location - a short walk from the center of town, the marina and the walk up into the hills overlooking the city as well as the bus and ferry terminals. It's basically a studio flat with a separate bathroom / utility room. It is clean and comfortable. We were met off the ferry by the owner who took us to the apartment. There's also a fantastic and very reasonable restaurant 10 metres from the entrance to the apartment which we ate at twice and can highly recommend - especially their seafood risotto. The only negative is the large building site just above the apartment, which looks as though it will be going on for a while, although - to my surprise - it didn't disturb us particularly.

This is the place to stay. Every thing you will need. The lady owner is a sweety. Right on the front.

We were very fortunate to stay here. The apartment was fully furnished to truly make, as they will tell you, "feel like you are at home". Location is amazing, perfect walking distance to the Riva, Diocletian's Palace and Ferry Terminals. The apartment was very clean, and comfortable. We have nothing bad to say about this location. We also visited during a heat wave, so when we would spend the day walking around in the heat, we would be able to come back to the apartment and relax after lunch for a respite in the AC, which felt marvelous!

LOVE IT!

The apartment was fabulous - it was in a great location, it was very clean and it had everything you could need. Nearby there are some really nice restaurants and the beach is quite close by. Split is a great place to go for a city break as well as a longer break. Would definitely reccommend this apartment to anyone going to Split.
