Grandmas Plus Hotel Seminyak

Very convenient location for me. Staff very competent, it is a pleasure to deal with them. Special thanks to Erica and Nidia who were very helpful to arrange for details of my stay.

This was our second time staying here. The hotel is great, staff are super friendly, tidy and clean. The restaurant is also amazing. Breakfast was soooo good! We had dinner there too and was also amazing!

I arrived early in the morning with my son after a long trip from China and had a check-in experience that made us decide not to stay. Although I had booked three nights, I only paid for the first night because I wanted to decide later whether to extend our stay based on our experience. At reception, I was told that I either had to pay for the full stay in advance or leave my passport until payment was completed, which I was not comfortable with. Before handing over my passport, I asked to see the room. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, the pool was also smaller than expected, and the hotel had live music at night. That's why they offer earplugs at check-in. We ended up booking another hotel nearby that was much better for the same price. This hotel may work well for budget travelers looking for a more social and lively environment, and that is completely fine, but asking to keep my passport was not something I felt comfortable with, especially as a 62-year-old traveler with my 19-year-old son. For that reason, we would not recommend Grandmas Plus Hotel Seminyak. I paid for the first night and did not receive a refund. It's not about the money, it's about their unfriendly attitude.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and very close to entertainment spots, restaurants, and everything you might need. All of the hotel’s facilities worked very well, the room was comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Era and Nidia, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you for the Tridatu bracelet. It was a lovely souvenir and a meaningful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. We really appreciate it.🙏✨ I will definitely come back and stay here again whenever I visit Bali.
