"Pool and staff lovely… Room old smelly and needs upgrade."

Staff were fantastic they saved the place. The pool was good.

Strong smell of Mould in ground floor room; had to wear a 😷 mask. Bed lamp did not work; towels and bath mat torn and very old. FStaff were wonderful thank god for the staff. Cheap soap dispenser no hand towel. Fridge did not get cold. Run down no maintenance.

Nice a quite place to relax, the staff's are very helpful and friendly. The hotel close to the small supermarket and restaurants. 900 km from the beach.

"Good place to stay with very friendly staff and a quiet swimming pool"

I love the location, the spacious room and the swimming pool, it is a quiet area in Sanur and the staff are really nice 😊

Could use a bit more attention to detail, general cleaning is good but it needs some deep cleaning. I stayed a few years ago and I loved it, now you can notice some maintenance would make a difference.
