Friendly Staff and Good Value for money. Good location.

Hotel is looking old and some liquid soap in rooms would be beneficial especially during covid times.

The rooms were dark and dirty. The breakfast was a bit lack lustre. They tried to pass themselves as a 3 star hotel. I would probably rate it more like a 2 star Asian hotel with a pool. It would be passable for single or couples staying for a night, but not really for families.

The first impression of the room was nice

We woke many times up by the loud noise of the AC. The sound would come and go and it was too warm to leave it off and complain about it in the middle of the night (because it wouldn't have solved it). The next morning the AC started leaking like a shower, there was a lot of water pouring out of it. I tried to contact the customer service of Booking next day to explain and see if there could be any compensation. They forwarded it to the property. I waited a few days to let them come up with a solution, but unfortunately they didn't contact me. They should check the whole room before check-in and we paid for a working (silent and non leaking) AC, but didn't get that. We ended up being very tired and dissatisfied the next day. I do understand that the pandemic made it hard to do a perfect maintenance (like the shower holder was broken and head rusty, which I can ignore), but the AC is a must have in a country like Indonesia. I hope that they will solve this for future guests and learn something from it.

Very cheap. Ok enough for the price.

Booked by mistake, a bit far from where the speed boats leave to Nusa Penida, 15 - 20min by car.

I loved this place small and quiet, staff were so accommodating, helpful, friendly and really nice people. The breakfast was always fresh and good. The room was clean and tidy.
