room not new but with everything in order and clean, daily cleaning on request. hotel owners very friendly but fussy

the owner decided on his own initiative and without warning before to take the payment from the credit card in Euro instead of Thai baht with an exchange rate absolutely in their favor and also charged me 45 € for the payment (in my opinion a very incorrect behavior). It was our fault we lost the card to open the door and the hotel for 2 days we were left without because they did not have a change and at the end of the stay they did not return me 1000 baht of deposit. this hotel has many advantages but also many defects

I stayed at Green Harbor for around 3 weeks in July when things were pretty laid back in Patong, relatively speaking. The place was exactly as advertised, and everything went smoothly the whole time. The room was spacious and quiet. The owner and family were very courteous and accessible. I'd stay there again.

My "super detailed review" Summary first: This is an absolute hidden gem, 10 minutes away from both Jungceylon and Patong Beach, but is nestled away in a quiet residential area. The hotel is extremely well maintained and cleaned, I was very pleasantly surprised every minute of my stay here. Please, only come here if you know how to be respectful and well mannered, this gem of a hotel is too precious to be ruined by folks who might be lacking in these areas. And yes, like some other reviewer said, this place felt "like home", and I would come back here in a heart beat if I am ever back in Phuket again. Rooms: Very large, and spacious. 2 people will have more than enough room to stay for long periods of time, and the cleaning lady does an exceptional job of cleaning the room, including wet mopping the floors every day. Plenty of storage spaces, dining table, chairs, A/C works great, etc... Nothing to complain about. Beds and sheeting: Very comfy bed, and clean sheets. I am very sensitive to odor and I could not smell anything except the freshly cleaned sheets every day. The beds are actually perfect in terms of softness, which is not easy to find in Thai hotels. Service: The service is top notch, I cannot ask for more. Very friendly and professional. Cleanliness: Very very clean. As in no cockroaches whatsoever. The whole hotel and rooms are very very well maintained, and for someone is OCD about hygiene and cleanliness, I could not ask for a better hotel.

Nice family run hotel. Daily housekeeping with towels changed daily. The owner and the staff are super nice. The owner is always there, so he keeps his eye on everything. Therefore the housekeeping is immaculate and the property is kept clean and in really good shape. Pretty quiet location with about 15-20 minutes walking to the Patong beach and Bangla road. Enough parking for motorbikes, not sure about cars. I like that the beach towels are different sizes - smaller and bigger ones depending on which one suites you better - if you just go to the nearest beach, or travel to the further ones. They've got an in-room kitchen with pans, utensils, so you can cook in the room. So it was a really pleasant stay overall.

Location very convenient . Room quiet and as I have requested on a high floor . Good service , good atmosphere and the host was very nice and helpful .

Nice big comfortable bed with good quality linen, room was large, aircon worked great, lots of power points, kitchenette was handy and were able to cook meals, great water pressure and temperature in shower. Room was cleaned daily if needed.

no screens on windows so couldnt open them due to bugs/mosquitos entering, when having a shower the toilet gets wet, would have been nice to have some cooking basics like salt and pepper, pool area a little awkward.
