Green Harbor Hotel & Service Apartment

Everything was great. The host is amazing person very helpful and friendly. I got many tips and recommendations from him. The hotel is as it is in the pictures.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed, there were roaches in the room. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experiences in my life. Staff are terrible , staff do not show professionalism.... front desk guys (Who Claimed to be the Owners) were worst and indifferent, they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality, Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about for years, they lie to you by providing untrue pictures, as I was supposed to have pool view, where I was looking at a dark alley (don’t feel safe). I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , don’t go with this Green Harbor What is really disturbing and bad is the attitude of the staff. The personnel is sometimes not even responding to your greeting even though they should actually greet you first. Very disappointed!!! It is not a truly 3 stars hotel! It has no more then 1! The room cleaning is a leg-pull: 1 stayed 8 nights and they didn’t make the room except for few times, after several requests, and the balcony not even once I do not recommend it at all! As an expert in the travel industry, I've had my fair share of experiences with hotel staff, and let me tell you, some have been downright atrocious. But if I had to pick the absolute worst encounter, it would have to be the time I stayed at a supposedly nice hotel, only to be greeted by a receptionist who seemed to have mastered the art of indifference. I mean, who needs customer service skills when you can just stare blankly at guests, right? It was like a game of Let's see how many ways we can inconvenience our guests. And let's not even get started on the surly housekeeping staff who seemed to think that cleaning my room was a personal favor rather than their job. Needless to say, my stay at that particular hotel was a lesson in patience and self-restraint.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved the layout of the room! The location was mostly out of reach of the noisy streets, but close enough to go visit different places etc. (We were happy to walk) They were careful to clean the room every day for us. We stayed quite a while and it felt like a little haven from the hustle and bustle of Patong at night.

The room is dated. Curtains were old but functional, the sheers are all very brittle and some are missing. The finish on most wooden surfaces is very worn and needs to be redone. Some lights were burnt out. I think they're working on it and it didn't bother us. We had an unfortunate incident just before we left. My elbow pressed against the washroom window when closing the door and it fell out. (we weren't charged a lot for the repair) I don't think the window is held in very well and the old glue finally let go. I think if it was fastened through the trim with screws it wouldn't happen again. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the location, and I think everything considered we would stay there again.

Our room was cleaning everyday .

Wifii was terrible. İt was not family friend accomodation. Even they did not want baby at the facility . They forbid to use elevetor with baby carrlage but they gave us 5 th. Floor room.

Plenty of places to eat, carts and a wonderful night market nearby. Nice pool and lobby area. Plenty of options for walking around but no sidewalks.

It was very basic, small fridge, very basic kitchen, two forks no spatula, one frying pan one saucepan. When they cleaned our room they took the dish towel and didn’t replace it. All very small things. We did enjoy our stay.

The room was nice, clean and smelled good. The room was comfortable, kitchen was a nice tool to make our own breakfasts which is what we wanted and the room was nice and quiet. The hotel owners/staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. They had beach mats, towels and it is conveniently close to lots of excellent food places and the beach.

Asking for pillows and waiting, we got it eventually but the first two nights weren't as comfortable as it could have been - we almost considered moving. There are areas in the room that could be fixed up, like the part just below the air conditioner which is mouldy that could be easily corrected. No one at the front desk sometimes when you need towels.

Ich war bereits viele Male in Patong. Das Green Harbor Hotel war eines der absolut besten Hotels in denen ich übernachtet habe. Ich habe das Hotel über hotels.com für 20 Nächte gebucht und war TOP begeistert. Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Kühlschrank, Elektro Herd, Spüle, Wasserkocher, Reiskocher und genügend Geschirr. Alles in allem war es ein SUPER Aufenthalt.

Located in the center of Patong but at the end of a dead end road, so very quiet rooms. Great owner. Good value for the price..

Rooms are a little old. But everything was working fine.
