BJØRVIKA APARTMENTS, Teaterplassen, Oslo city center

The location of the property is great, the apartment is a great size and has all the necessary equipment. Really near to the bus station and train station as well as some main attractions. However, we arrived to a broken balcony door and broken bedroom window which we weren’t informed about when checking in. The balcony door was fixed on the second day.

Clean, modern, conveniently located.

This property was centrally located in Oslo, including adjacent to the central train station. Not a great area for a family. Everything was provided that we needed, including clear instructions.

Apt was as advertised. Clean and well kept. Front desk staff very helpful when I had problems with the agency I booked with, Windcave. They are the worst. I didn’t start my search with them but somehow ended up with them. In short,apt great, Wincave terrible

The woman who did our check in was amazing! She was cheerful and helpful and efficient and patient and knowledgeable.

Great location. Well equipped. But starting to look a bit tired, especially the bathroom.

Nice cosy apartment with one of the smallest shower cubicle I’ve ever seen. This apartment suits guests who would like to prepare their own food and long stay etc. Not for a business traveller who is in and out. I will stick to my hotels where I can pick up the phone and make various requests etc.

Loved the stay here. Very central and yet quiet area. Apartment was clean, fully equipped, spacious, no complaints at all. Very good price for an August stay. Fully recommend.

On first glance it was fine. But everything seemed broken. The TV was super old and we could not get it to work with the two remotes provided. It was so hot I couldn't sleep. The balcony door was so hard to close, only my husband could do it and I am pretty strong. The toilet flusher was broken. We complained many times but nothing was done. We actually left a day early and paid for another room because I was so miserable.

The place would have been awesome if it wasn't missing small but important items. The kitchen had absolutely nothing in it, no coffee, not even a pack of sugar, no napkins or paper towels, just nothing. Bathroom had no toiletries whatsoever, no shelf of any kind to put your toiletries on in the shower. So that you have to bend down to the floor to pick up your shampoo at which point you bang your head against the glass shower walls and get your hair wet. The office never called us that the key was available at check in early, although they promised that they would. It became available early but we had no idea. Otherwise, location was good, near a refugee or ethnic area which we did not mind, felt safe. To get into the city center you must cross a nice looking bridge, which requires climbing steep stairs (not for old people).
