Kavalari Hotel - Adults Only

Hotel is right in the heart of Fira. Bus to airport & other parts of town is a short walk. Shops & restaurants are all surrounding the hotel. The views from the patio at our room were amazing. And sitting outside overlooking the caldera to have breakfast was a highlight of the hotel…breathtaking views! Only negative is that the WiFi did not work in the room, we had to go to the reception area for it to work.

great location with stunning views. Front desk ladies and cleaning ladies do a great job. Furniture including the bed is very old and the mattress is probably the oldest and worst mattress I have ever slept on. Bell boy who is also waiter at the breakfast time is rude, cranky and snaps at people (more on women guests). If you can afford to pay a lot more for a good hotel with caldera view, it's is amazing. Budget hotels with Caldera view are terrible. I would stay in a better property without caldera view next time. We spend all day looking at caldera anyways.

We loved to stay in this hotel , it is really good place and in the best location of Fira !!! Staff is very nice, and helpful:) good breakfast. Rooms needed to be upgraded but this suggestion goes to management . Personally big thank you to Vasiliy , who’s great person, always there to help , manage and solve every thing if needed ! Thank you 🙏 definitely coming back !

One word: WOW. Stunning property and fantastic views. Welcoming and VERY helpful staff - arranged all of our transfers. Breakfast was great. We had an executive room, which was huge, with dining and seating areas. One tip: lots of stairs to access the rooms, which is normal in this setting.

It's overall a nice place. The view was just awesome! but be prepared to walk up down the steps which are everywhere in Santorini though. The staff are really nice and friendly.

Unbeatable location and breakfast! Excellent sunset from the hotel terrace. Unfortunately, terrible mattresses- you could feel every spring in them. The wifi didn’t work unless in reception. Could use updating / touching up.

The location was perfect & had great views. We had a room for 4 and it was great. Room was cleaned everyday. The only downside is that the wifi did not work at all and our phone connection was bad inside of the room but worked just find right out the door. The staffs were friendly and gave us a lot of information about activities we can do around and also the bus services. We had a great stay.

Nice place and nice staff

My stay was great... The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast on the Caldera is incredibly beautiful. All rooms have a Caldera view, which is magical at night to see the lights of Santorini and any cruise ship anchored nearby.
