no breakfast, but it is stated when booking, but you are provided with a mini fridge which they leave milk, orange juice , crossiant and a sweet pasty roll just to you started in the morning

being a older buiding has no lift, and was on top floor so a few steps to climb , but am sure if requested they would put you on a lower floor

A lot of thought went into fitting the en-suite into a small space. It's lucky we are not large. Excellent view of the harbour (Rooom 5).
