Location was great and views of the beach and esplanade sea,the harbour and of all the room was immaculate ,nice touch for a continental breakfast in the fridge on arrival, lovely decor,very calming was very happy we had an amazing stay and will for sure be staying again soo Claire and Paul we’re very welcoming …

Super comfy clean room with good facility's inc fridge on the room .. Quiet when I was there ..room 5 at the top with a fantastic view over the old harbour. Parking voucher well worth it but you have to be shrewed to bag a space if you can to avoid £12.00 daily charge. Stopped here a few times but not recently intill today Orange and milk and other items provided inc good coffee n tea and a tv that has good channels and WIFI Clean...good facility's friendly owners

A great place ...alas no longer do breakfast as part of package but similar cost to establishments that do offer breakfast. Plenty of places offer breakfast round the town. Not issue for me but if you have kids in tow could be an issue . No negatives .

"The view was better than I could have ever imagined…"

Lovely room, loved the location the most and the fact you can pop back whenever for a quick rest. The view was outstanding looking over the harbour. I could have sat there all day. Overall loved our three nights here and would come back. Hosts left us to it, which we much prefer.

Some dust, but I understand it’s an old property. Parking was an issue, but I know that is expected during peak season. Parked on the pavilion for £15 a day after driving round on there for about an hour.

The location is superb. Our room had a view of the harbour and we didn't want to leave! The room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower. All the seaside finishing touches made it special and added character. The room had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location was great. View from our room awesome. Property clean and welcoming. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed plus some thoughtful extras like breakfast bits and drinks in the fridge.

Great location, for the beach, harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable with a great view of the bay. Second time we have stayed here would stay again in the future and recommend to others.

"Overall apart from size of room and shower our stay was delightful with good view of beach."

No breakfast offered with this room, however, milk, orange juice, water, yogurt's and croissant's left in fridge which was a nice touch.

Room rather small , shower small.
