Fantastic location! Everything on your doorstep. The house has lots of stairs so was a little difficult for my elderly mum and the doors to every room were super heavy. Could do with some pouffes in the sitting room so you can put your feet up at the end of the day.

"Great location for Dartmouth and the College with free off-site parking"

Great location in the center of Dartmouth with the added bonus of a parking permit for the Car Park. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Hairdryers in all rooms and all en-suite . Host supplied tea/coffee and milk for our arrival. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Living room had free view and an EE box so could connect to Prime, Netflix etc if required.

It met our expectations.
