Clean room and bathroom. Decent shower. Ordered a cooked breakfast which was pretty good. The location is good for the university or Clifton and nice. Not far from shops/cafes/pubs etc.

Location was excellent for our needs and available parking on site a bonus

Lack of response to an ansaphone message and email request for an additional nights stay. Staff comment was both not received which I find hard to believe in this digital age! Lost our business as stayed elsewhere the following night.

Comfiest bed I have had in a long time, and really approachable, friendly staff. Very spacious for the location & price - so great value.

I had a downstairs room, and any noise from outside (the car park) came through easily. You could also hear noise from adjoining rooms, and folks on the stairs
