Children can use the swimming pool between 8AM - 10AM and again between 4PM - 8PM. Great location and the room was nicely furnished. The spa was lovely but did close down earlier than expected - the hot tub was turned off around 40 minutes before the spa closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was great

The bed was quite hard and was two single beds pushed together

"This hotel is for work men… not a romantic get away!"

Didn’t really think much of the place to be honest! It’s beside a main busy road. Getting that time of year where you need the windows open, and there is quite a bit of road noise.

The place seems to be split into several sections, and it was like going back into a time warp from the mid 1990’s! The room me and partner was given so in the oldest part of hotel. SO DONT BE FOOLED BY THE GLAMOROUS NICE PHOTS… our room was a bit Sh*t! Stains on carpet, curtains, and bed throw. Room smelt of wet dog, also a bit dingy!

"You get what you pay for, iv stayed in the most expensive spas and for the money we paid it was great"

Staff were nice. The building could have been lovely but needs some updating

Single glazed windows. Dated decor. Poor menu. No lift. Generally slightly dated all around. A small amount of upgrading would make a big difference
