"Comfortable, relaxing, friendly and welcoming."

Clean, attractive,well equipped rooms. Very friendly staff who were very helpful in making my disabled mother’s stay as pleasant as possible. They put an additional correct height chair in her room so that she could watch TV comfortably, set her tables for her meals with us in parts of the hotel where she was able to access easily and made sure she was well looked after. The spa swimming pool was clean, warm and very relaxing. The food was delicious and served well. Our stay was well above our expectations.

Quiet room away from the road, smartly decorated and very comfortable, with good lighting. Very good pool with hot tub, steam room and sauna. Helpful and welcoming staff throughout the hotel including restaurant. We have stayed here twice before due to its convenient location to break our journey, its overall quality, and reasonable price.

Choice of food for evening meal a bit limited.

"Park at your peril"

Comfortable clean rooms

Breakfast , certain items tasted like they had been reheated rather than cooked freshly . Had my van broken into whilst parked . Nobody informed me on check out and nobody seemed concerned it wasn't just me another van also broken into .Took 2 hrs to sort out with no assistance . General manager called me 2 hrs later asked for details of van (colour make etc ) which tells me CCTV was either not on or he didn't bother to view. Keep this in mind if parking your vehicle in the car park . Police told me it's been a targeted spot for some time

"Pleasant stay but with more attention details it could be great."

The room was lovely decorated, clean & quiet. The spa pool was clean and great to use

The towels in the room were thread bare and the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty. Food at the restaurant needed improving. The side salad was stale as, shredded cabbage was dry and brown.
