Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were great size and the separate living room/kitchen was a great bonus

Katie was lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good location.

We upgraded to executive suite because we wanted a good view of the city , only to be given a back room again .we tried to explain our reasons for upgrading to the next lady who helped us but she she said there wasn’t any she can do about it .

Very noisy in the hotel, people wandering about; lack of air conditioning. Very expensive compared with similar in city centre.

Most of the staff were helpful. Very comfy bed, very clean room and in a great location.

One member of staff was very rude and told us we were not allowed to sit in the lounge area when having a drink but the bar / restaurant was full. She never checked if we stayed at the hotel but went to get security who asked if stayed at hotel and they apologised for the member of staff’s behaviour. The lady herself never apologised. It is a shame since everybody else was nice.

The extra effor that went into helping us to celebrate our anniversary! The staff were warm and friendly!
