Me and my fiancée were at the Sandman Signature hotel for her birthday its our favourite hotel the staff are so polite and helpful the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the food is always fresh and delicious

I have nothing bad to say was excellent as always

"Great location, shame about the view."

Great location for event at the arena.

Upgraded room and the view was over looking waste land (and groups of men on the way to the match urinating)

"Fit for purpose for our need but the property could use an over haul"

Close proximity to the stadium for our function

Rooms quite dated, suffering for the need of a lick of paint. First room we were offered was filthy, blood stains on the net curtains and grime in the bedside cabinet

It’s right in the heart of Newcastle the view was lovely

The lifts seem very squeaky my partner said one lift seemed faulty and then it was closed.
