Kaiholo Hale

It was a great place to stay for 2 couples, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Satellite tv, air conditioned bedrooms, full kitchen. 200 yards to walk to Mama's Fish house!

The house accommodated our family of four really well and we had a fun time staying in Kaihalo Hale. Margarit was nicely communicative and notified us early when the rental was ready for early check-in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was able to accommodate us to prepare meals when we wanted to. The property was very close to Mama's Fish house and glad we were able to walk there! There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the sofa bed worked out well as well. Staying here, we had easy access to Road to Hana and we were able make multiple trips to various activities along this famed road.

We had such a wonderful time in Paia and would definitely return to this property again. The manager was communicative and respectful and the property itself was very nice. It was within easy walking distance to the beach where we saw turtle’s multiple times. I will say, the toaster in Plumeria sweet is a little funky and it caught some toast on fire which set off the smoke alarm. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!!

My wife and I stayed for a week in the Orchid Room at Kaiholo Hale in late September 2023. We were the only guests for our entire stay! I probably shouldn't give away this secret jewel, but I can't say enough about this quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood. Located less than a hundred yards from the public beach it is also less than a 500 foot walk to the best restaurant in Maui, Mama's Fish House. Surf fishing, snorkeling, and swimming in protected waters doesn't get any better. We watched Leatherback Turtles and Green Turtles frolic near the shoreline where they often beach themselves for a sun tan. Margarit is the manager for our stay, and was great with communication and giving us all the information we needed for a wonderful vacation. We will be back with the entire family next time and rent all four units. Perfect!

Beautiful!

Cleanliness and quiet neighborhood. Only one downfall is that renters on the above condo was very loud. Heavey walkers kept us awake. Blinds are needed to keep the sunlight and night lights out. Otherwise it was a wonderful accommodation.

Perfect place to stay for our family for a week. All of our needs are met and feels like a home away from our home. I am so happy we stayed here and will def.plan to stay again if we go back to Maui. Thank you, Margit for your hospitality!

Loved staying here so much. Would definitely return and recommend. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, outdoor shower, great water pressure/water heating inside, nice dual air conditioning, and safe area. Great location. Loved staying in the area so much, I can’t think of another place on the island I would rather hang my hat. Mamas fish house is walking distance, ho’opika beach is a three minute drive up the Hana, shopping, food, entertainment a few minutes back through paia. Big stores like Walmart, Safeway, lowes, and the airport are all about a 15-20 minute drive.incredible communication and preparation by owners/operators. Don’t miss your chance to stay in the best spot on the island for a true Maui experience. And don’t be afraid to ask the locals questions or to even guide you in the right direction for adventure and fun. They are all so kind, keeping the Aloha spirit alive, and sharing its gift with visitors to take home!
