The owners who run the property are very nice people, very helpful, and prepare a fantastic breakfast. The house has a lot of charm and a lot of history dating back to the Tudors.

The location is a (small) issue as it is in the middle of a modern house estate, which was built around it in the last 30-40 years, and has no charm at all, and is quite far from the city center (30-40 min walk, 20-25 min by bus or 10-15 min by taxi).

Breakfast was fine. Room good size, bathroom is pretty bijou but nicely separated from the room itself. It was quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Good to have parking available.

steps where you do not expect them. Pigeon or gull crap on your car is pretty inevitable there. It probably was a farmhouse now on a housing estate so don't be misled.

Breakfast was very taste and just right. Room comfortable for overnight stay.

Tricky to find without a sat nav, being right on the middle of a housing estate. But very quaint and olde worldy.
