Yallands Farmhouse

Don’t be put off by first impressions or the location of this B&B. Located in a suburban area outside of Taunton this old farmhouse is a complete surprise. The hosts could not be more helpful the rooms were large and all amenities provided. The breakfast cooked to order was first class. A short drive to the Cross Keys hotel provides access to great meals and a great atmosphere British pub.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with homemade marmalade being a hit. Although the sausages were cheap and basic. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay here again

Excellent. Nice room with very comfortable bed. Good facilities. Really nice breakfast, in pleasant dining room. Plenty to choose from. Cooked breakfast, cooked to order, excellent.

We were made so welcome by Chris and Karen. They have a lovely old farmhouse in the middle of a 1970s estate so very easy to get into Taunton. The breakfasts were good and filling. Room was a little smaller than we expected but we were not there much so it was OK. Next time we will book the deluxe double - and yes, we hope to return

The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Owners were amazingly welcoming and friendly, the location is beautiful and it feels very quaint and peaceful. Really happy with my stay.
