Property in a great location to center of town. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful.

The property is dated, needing a serious refurbishment. Carpets and curtains smell, needing to replace and freshen up. Furniture also in need of replacement. Pool was being refurbished and not informed of this when booking. Found out after check in, sign in the lift.

Facility and furniture were old, tired and felt dirty. Items were Damaged, broken. Shower did not work. Carpet was old worn and a trip hazard. Lights did not work.

Very average, rooms/bathrooms need alot of work. First room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke, we were given another room which was good but the shower screen was broken in that room. We didn’t even bother asking for a 3rd room. Pool, spa, gym and one lift were out of service no prior warning before booking. Good location could walk to every thing.

Very central and plenty of dining and shopping options. Just a short stroll to Queens Garden.

Room smelt like it had animals in it. The bathroom had a large crack in plaster, and the shower appeared to be left uncleaned.

Very basic room, with our room being opposite the lift it was very noisy, not the motel's fault, more of other guests not having respect,

Very easy access and close to everything you could need e.g shopping centre, cafe's, restraunts and take away food. 3 bedroom apartments are huge and so much space for our family of 4. (2 adults, 2 kids)

The apartment was clean, however very dated and in need of new lamp shades that are not broken, and carpet cleaned or replaced.
