The lady working in Saturday was wonderful

The room was smelly - there was only one very small bathroom- the aircon could cool the room. One of us slept on the lounge as the bedrooms were to hot. The couch was 20 years old and frayed. For the price this is a very out dated old property charging far to much for one night. Would never go back.

The 3-bedroom apartment is an ideal size for group travel, exceptionally spacious and great value for the price. It is well equipped with a kitchen and in-unit laundry facilities, which adds a lot of convenience. The location is excellent as well, especially for tourists, as it’s right in the heart of town and directly across from the plaza.

The location was super convenient. Parking was great and size of apartment was fantastic.

The rooms were dirty. There was food on the carpet in one of the rooms from a previous guest indicating it wasn't cleaned properly. The whole apartment smelt and the furniture in the dining and lounge room were old and dirty too. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly either.

Great property and had everything we need. Apartment was spacious and well laid out. After hours access was great and easy to manage. Free undercover car parking.

Everything was fine

Unsafe - windows didn't lock and no screens. Any child or adult could fall to their death. Bedrooms were hot, no air-conditioning. Carpet was stained and lounge made us itchy. Staff didn't care about my concerns.

Location

Shower screen in poor condition. Leaking along the floor across front of toilet and sink area. Shower head outdated/ poor coverage. The mattress was hard. Perhaps a new topper would help. No view as advertised on the website.
