Bed comfortable. Clean.

No heating. Reverse cycle air con would only set to cool and even when set on 24 and higher, it blew cold air. Maintenance lady said just to turn it off. Used blanket. Was told that room next door used same unit and if it was on cold, then both units have to be on same setting. Was told owner was very tight and spent no funds on maintenance and not sure why they have this set up. Wasted hour and a half trying to get it working as she had to come twice.

The state the rooms were in… holes in carpet not cleaned properly… stains on seats and marks on the tables… and walls

Dogs in the lifts, dogs staying in other peoples rooms.

The apartment was a great size. Very roomy and the kitchen was fantastic. Fullsize fridge was great. The bedrooms were spacious and there were 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet which was handy. Beds were comfy. Free parking was welcome

There was only 1 TV in a 3 bedroom spartment. Also the middle bedroom was very smelly/wet/musty. Obviously the carpet had been wet and the room closed up. The apartment is tired and in need of some attention.

Great location, have stayed before.

The air conditioning didn’t work, the washing machine also didn’t work and we were told that there was no staff on site until the morning. We ended up booking a room next door at another hotel as we couldn’t handle no air con being in the middle of summer.
