Rusty handles in bathroom, not clean, paint off walls out dated for 4 1/2 stars

The location is awesome, rooms are a good size, I did not check out the facilities so can't say much there. But it is close to everything and you're not left wanting for space or cramped up. It is very close to everything and the parking is super easy which is always a win. The bed was comfy enough too and I noted there were spare pillows which is great.

The floor in the room was absolutely filthy, my toddler was running around and the bottom of his feet went black the floor was that dirty. The receptionist was also quite unfriendly, we felt like any ask (ie. to get the cot we paid for- not in the room when we arrived) was a massive inconvenience. Everyone has a bad day so maybe we caught her on an off one but it still tarnished the experience.

the room was spacious and clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was in the city downtown and very central to everything.

the only negative was the furniture was a little tired, but otherwise it was very good.
