Excellent customer service ,highly recommend staying here. Fabulous breakfasts.

The hotel is close to old town (about 10 minutes walk). Near the hotel you can find lot of pubs and coffee shops. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful, room was clean and everything was great

Great location, for a fair price. Receptionist Esther was so kind to us and let us borrow her umbrella for our entire visit because it was raining every day. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone at the reception was helpful and answered all our questions. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Jerusalem.

Amazing atmosphere,in a wonderful city. This Hotel are always my second home, friendly and kind staff,delicious breakfast with a plenty of possibility. Really near the tram(other public transport as well). And short walk You can reach Western Wall,City of Dávid and Old City. Near by The hotel there are a good bigger market and a long street with a lot of boutique. I hope as soon as I Can travel back to Jerusalem and stay át Jerusalem Inn By Smart Hotel!! Thank You so much everything!!

We stayed at the hotel four days, during our Christmas holidays. The position is great (right in the centre of the modern city and close to the Old City) and our rooms were clean and comfortable. The Israeli breakfast is abundant. In particular, receptionists are really kind and helpful: they even helped us finding a wheelchair rental when my dad got hurt in a leg. Highly recommended.

The hotel Is in a great position just 10 minutes walk from Jaffa Gate. Also very near the tram line that goes along Jaffa Road. Staff at reception are helpful, breakfast is the same every day but plentiful, there is no lift so it would not be suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Our room was a good size, though a little noisy

This hotel was okay. It was difficult to find, and while I understand it has no parking I did not realise it would be SO difficult to figure out parking. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is certainly convenient but I would not suggest if you are driving. If you are not driving this is great. It does not have a lift, just FYI, but a bit of a surprise to hike up several floors. The bed was not very comfortable. The shower was great

The room was clean and comfortable. Old City and downtown is very close to the hotel. WIFI was perfect. The bed big and comfy. The personal was nice and helpful, thank you! Breakfast was excellent and wide range. I felt good, realy good!

Firstly good location for walking to the old city. No elevator so you need to carry your cases up the stairs on your own. No hairdryers so you need to ask at front desk each time to use one, No shampoo, conditioner or cream etc provided. Very skimpy on their towels. On day two they gave us one towel for two people. Extremely noisy restaurant situated right next to the balconies of the rooms and they kept us awake until 2 am in the morning with the loud noise. The breakfast is only adequate. If you don’t eat salads and Israeli breakfast items then your pickings are very slim. Not enough bread, pastry,fruit, cereal , yoghurt etc choices. Quite basic. Not impressed

The location of the property is 10/10. Staff are so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Nasser and the lovely young lady at the breakfast bar. The room however wasn't too clean. Dusty and i had to ask to change towels as they weren't too clean. All in all, the hotel does the job and the staff and location are great.
