It is within walking distance from old city. There are a few restaurants around the block.

Great location, friendly staff! Loved the rooftop terrace. Only negative was that we couldn’t get A/C to stay cool.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to find out answers about transportation from city to city in Israel. The hotel was centrally located so we could walk everywhere. The room was supposedly cleaned everyday but it was not clean. The shower was coated in mold, The rest of the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The towels were threadbare and should have been replaced.

Excelent position, very close to old city and public transportation. Staff ready to help you and satisfy your requests; mr Nasser is a very kind person. Good breakfast. Rooms are confortable. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the Jerusalem Inn for 9 days and checked out early due to the filth. The beds were made and the room was never cleaned. When we complained it took 2 days to be cleaned and we got tired of asking them to clean all the time. The TV never worked for the first few days after asking constantly for someone to fix it. The shower was blocked with hair and flooded every time we used it. If you didn’t have the air conditioner on you couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the bar downstairs. Thank you to Arielle who tried so hard to help us all tone. However I would never stay there again and would not recommend it

Incredibly walkable to much of downtown Jerusalem. Noisy at night because of city nightlife.

Our room was 10 feet from the open patio at a restaurant-barwhere people partied until 5 am. The previous morning we were awakened by construction noises at 6 am (after a 4 am garbage pickup). The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the location.

The staff here are super on everything pretty much. They give you such a great attention to make sure your stay is pleasant.

Location is great. Include nice breakfast. Room size is Ok. Anyway make sure you didn't stay in Music festival period of the bar right next door. (Cos it's so loud)
