Loved the location and the staff Clean and modern

Loved the location,loved the peace and quiet and calmness of the whole place,pilates lessons were a bonus!

Check in staff we dreadful and rude. We arrived early and when we finally went to the room us was a twin and had prepaid for a king. I was told no guarantee which I told them was not acceptable, I was laughed at! The restaurant staff and bar staff we excellent and honestly made the trip for us. We will return and hopefully avoid and grief at check in and cranky witch on the front desk 😁

This is a good hotel in a great location with own pool, pool bar etc. Our room was a good size, but aircon not working properly for the first 2-3 days and some attention required to fixings (toilet roll holder loose and hanging from the wall; front door blind had holes in it). Otherwise a good hotel with good buffet style meals in the main restaurant

The hotel is very modern with great SPA facilities and beach club. It is exactly as on pictures. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. There are bungalows near by which are part of the hotel. You can leave your car safe as there is a secure gate. Breakfast was really good, with selection of fresh fruits, fresh juices, some continental and healthy options. Hotel is near a marina where you can find lots of restaurants. It is 15 min drive to Ciutadella. There is a beach near by, about 5 min. walk. I had a fantastic and relaxing stay, so will definitely recommend it.

Nice modern hotel. Location for beach is excellent and there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel, which takes you to Ciutadella town centre. Would have liked a separate bathroom (as the shower was in the bedroom area). Room was adequate, but wished we’d chosen a different type of room. Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Unfortunately as it is end of season, most restaurants around the marina had already closed for the winter and there is none other nearby within walking distance. We weren’t too keen on the evening meal choices at the hotel either. The pool was lovely and clean with lots of sun beds and sun umbrellas to use. The pool bar food was very nice, shame that this menu wasn’t used in the evenings. Overall we had a nice break and the staff were very friendly, from housekeepers,reception,bar and waitresses.

Stayed for 5 nights in a Marina chic room. Nice room but would have been better with a wardrobe rather than just a rail especially as the shower is in the room too. Had all mod cons and a comfy bed. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. A nice relaxing atmosphere. Pool area was nice as was the spa. The hotel offers evening meals at 4 other restaurants which is a great idea as evening meals were a bit limited with choices but although the hotel is open until the end of October the restaurants all closed on 1st October so we were only able to visit one before they closed. It would be nice if they all closed together.

This is an amazing resort and hotel. We stayed in a Cool Room Harbor view 1st night. Very good. Changed for a special event for this night to a POOL VIEW SUITE (The pictures uploaded are what is classed as a pool view room) at over 200 euros a night. Looked at the hotels.com website and was so looking forward to enjoying it. They categorize rooms as the same no matter what the location. So our end room without the pool view is entered by the pool area and classed as the same as the ones in the middle with the excellent views. I would check as they have around 8 of these rooms at the one end of the complex. Room was excellent but not a Pool View as shown. The resort is amazing, the breakfast is great. But buyer beware, they list rooms with the view in the brochure as shown, but you get for your money what we had.

Hotel is well positioned overlooking the marina. Harbour view suite was lovely with large private terrace. Hotel is very clean and choice and quality of food were good. Service was good with plenty of staff in hand. More of a top 4 star hote than a 5 star. Excellent stay
