Ramada by Wyndham Ulaanbaatar Citycenter

We stayed here 4 nights . Check in /check out was very smooth . The front desk staff is very customer service oriented and help the hotel guests with tours/local suggestions. The housekeeping staff is also friendly and keep the room tidy. I gave the hotel 4 stars for good customer service. Otherwise , the hotel needs a cosmetic lift . The bed is not very comfy at night and the walls are not well insulated between the rooms . Lot of noise from other rooms. The bathroom shower was good but toilet was dated . Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The hotel is conveniently located on Peace Avenue and walkable to Gandantehchinlen monastery plus has direct access to the adjacent mall too . The airport transfer was very good. The rooms had a nice view of the city and hills . Would recommend it only if prices are reasonably lower than other hotels .

This is my third stay here. The room is wide and comfortable.

침구류등이 아주 깨끗하였음.방이 좀 작은것이 아쉽지만 그래도 오래되면 방에서 냄새도 없고.좋았음.식사도 괜찬고?

The proximity to shopping and meeting place was great, with good options for restaurants and other activities nearby as well. Value was also reasonable for the amenities and comfort

Located in the Max Mall, Ramada is a descent hotel, for a couple of nights stay. The staff are courteous, the rooms are clean. However, the breakfast is not quite attractive to look forward to. Can recommend for descent budget travelers.

The breakfast is international style and good . Rooftop restaurant aswell. Some rooms need refurbishment , (bathroom was not international standard for this price, broken handle at the window, etc.) But you can change room , until find an acceptable one . Room service is mostly limited to 2 bottles of water per day, mostly no cleaning , no bed service , bathroom cleaning occationally , ==> 3 times in 2 weeks . Once the minibar is empty , you have bad luck for the rest of your stay, (2 weeks Nikolaus

ロケーションもホテルスタッフも良いのですが、設備メンテナンスの不具合がところどころに見られます。部屋の照明が数か所切れていたり、窓の開閉ができなかったり、しっかりと閉めても隙間があったりと、部屋を変えてもあちらこちらに見られました。気軽に宿泊でき、タクシー手配もホテルスタッフが親切に行ってくれたりするので、その点はとても良かったです。
