A lovely hotel and stay over. The team couldn't do enough for you from arrival, check-in and being served the lovely food. Attention from the staff was first class, always polite and courteous. The breakfast and the service was just a fabulous with a great choice of menu. Thank you to the manager who checked me in and checked me out. This lady was so welcoming and seemed to be present all over the hotel making sure the guests were happy. Will be staying here again next year when Crufts is back on. An amazing hotel and unreservedly recommend.
