"tv con deface imagen sonido."

la TV tiene un desface entre voz e imagen. de aprox. 20 segundos , no se entiende nada lo que uno ve con lo que escucha . para un hotel 5 estrellas esa calidad de servicio tv. no está a la altura. lo demás excelente , limpieza, orden , grato lugar piscinas etc.

"cobro excedido "

inconveniente para viajeros nacionales , debido que el hotel cobra un recargo adicional del 19% más iva de lo YA pagado en página hoteles.com !! ósea pagas $100 en página + $19 más iva en hotel , valor total a pagar $119 más iva !! y no los $100 netos o $100 más iva como debería ser y lo hacen demás páginas similares , finalmente es un engaño
