"Exceptional experience"

Wonderful experience,beautiful modern room with an exceptional view.Fun pool are(indoor outdoor communicating pool) and 2 hot tubs with views of the surrounding Andes.Very good restaurants.

NO ES UN HOTEL PARA IR EN FAMILIA ;YA QUE LOS NIÑOS NO PUEDEN ENTRAR A TODOS LOS RESTORANES YA QUE SE ENCUENTRAN EN LA SALA DE JUEGOS. ADEMAS RESERVE UNA PIEZA CON DOS CAMAS Y UNA CAMA EXTRA Y NO ESTABA ESA RESEVA POR LO QUE TUVIERON QUE REALIZAR EL CAMBIO Y LA DEMORA FUE LARGA.

"Buen hotel, mala atención"

En general el hotel es muy bueno, pero la atención es mala. No es que haya tenido algun problema puntual, pero el personal no es amable. Ejemplos: en el desayuno la mesa de al lado pide café y le traen, pero al mesero no se le ocurre aprovechar y preguntarnos si queremos. En el bar del casino, me acerco al mesón y pido que nos atiendan a la mesa, y se demoraron 15 minutos en venir a preguntarnos (había 1 mesa más ocupada).

"Qué pasó con el servicio en el desayuno?"

Una de las razones por la que nos gusta este hotel es el fantástico desayuno buffet. Esta vez bajó mucho el servicio de este. Hay que pararse a buscar liquidos calientes, los que antes eran servidos a la mesa, lo que además de incómodo es peligroso. Además por lo mismo varios huéspedes llevan los termos a su mesa por lo que también dejan a otras personas esperando por el café y como los termos son pequeños no alcanzan para todas las personas y hay que esperar hasta 10 minutos por el café. a pesar de esto la bollería del desayuno es estupenda, todo fresco y de rápida reposición. Mención aparte para el spa, en donde su personal es estupendo y muy preocupado. Felicitaciones!
