Great location, very accessible to the ferry terminal and mega mall. Good spread of breakfast. Of course, the staff is your greatest asset. Very attentive and friendly.

Maybe can consider supplying nar soaps instead of shower gel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to the receptionist TRESTHA for the smooth check-in process and for taking care of our requests so efficiently. Also, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Their great hospitality really made our trip to Batam memorable. Highly recommended!

excellent experience with Harris Batam Center. Receptionist Alvano was very attentive and notice that it was a birthday trip prepared decorations and cake for us. Highly recommend this hotel, location was great right next to the ferry terminal

Nice room and good service. The lady at the receptionist is exceptionally good. Good location as just next to ferry terminal, and there is the Alun Alun park and shopping mall just opposite the hotel.
