I loved everything about this hotel, starting from the hospitality of the hotel staffs. They quickly assisted us with early check in since our friend had medical emergency. And they also gave us connecting room with my other friends. The room is needless to say, it was top notch clean, bed was so comfy. Just everything you need for a trip.

"Cycling Trip"

Location is really good. It’s literally beside the batam centre port. Rooms are big. Breakfast was great. Huge thanks to the staff especially Trestha who are very friendly and let us store our bikes securely.

my first time. room very clean. service was good. very near to the ferry terminal. will definitely come again oh except for the welcome chocolates which is not a good quality
