Staff at reception were amazing. Apart from one lady who delivered the luggage but forgot we asked for cups.

Towels and toilets slightly old

Easy to go, just besides the ferry terminal. Clean and neat room. Affordable price. The breakfast is good. Wide variety of foods and drinks, Indonesian, western, Chinese.

Different to do direct booking with the hotel from more than 3 rooms. Hotel should simplify their booking system

Location is nearby the ferry terminal plus the Atmosphere not bad..I like the rooms due to my request ..and the value also no comments lah...the cleanliness also good reviews..plus the noise level not tat noisy also..and I also like all the hotel staff services, all is friendly and helpful too..thanks to the cute friendly hotel receptionist staff name Tika...🥰.hope to come again as I'm used to stay at Harris Hotel..all is convenient for me and husband..and the breakfast foodie is delicious 😘

Great location, all staff excellent services

If you are traveling for work, the convenience here is hard to beat. You are steps away from the ferry terminal and a short walk across the street to Mega Mall. The internet speed was impressive—perfect for getting work done—and the room had everything I needed for a short stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety on the restaurant menu. I’ll definitely be back for my next business trip.

The first room to which I was assigned had some plumbing problems, but when I asked the receptionist to change room, I was given a similar room, this time without any problems. Excellent service.
